HOW-TO: WALL BALL

The benefit of playing a sport with a bouncy rubber ball is that you’ll never find yourself alone when it comes to playing catch. You only need a wall (or a rebounder, bounce-back, etc.) as your partner. The variations in wall ball seem limitless as you can change up both throws and catches. This is the quickest route to perfecting your dominant side and building strength in your weak side (off-hand). I personally know of two youth lacrosse players that developed their off-hand catching and passing into capable skills in just two weeks with 15-30 minutes of practice each day.
